How to open blocked adf.ly - Adf.ly blocked in India

Adf.ly is a site which allows you to shorten URL link on and on every visit for your short Adf.ly link you get earned,  because it shows advertisements on every shortened link of Adf.ly

But now Adf.ly has been blocked in India by DoT (Department of Telecom) but still you can access or unblock Adf.ly in India. There are several tricks for this. The two tricks are described below-

1. The first and the most easiest method is that you can use any VPN service and log into any different country's server to access Adf.ly website in India. You can use VPN software's like PD-Proxy, Tor Browser etc. There softwares are available for free.
2. The second method is you can set proxy for your internet browsers of different country. You can easily get working proxy of other countries just by googling it.

There were also other methods but they do not work in every case-

• Use https instead of http
• Modify the url of adf.ly to something like - http://v2.adf.ly/UkUqL

These methods may work but not all the time. The initial two are the best ways you can get it work.
